We offer a 60 day returns policy. If you would like to return an item for a refund you must return it with original tags, packaging and in a saleable condition. We cannot accept any returns of underwear due to hygiene reasons. We do not offer an exchange service. If you would like a different size/colour then please return your item for a refund and place a new order. All refunds are issued within 3 working days of receiving your return.
FREE UK RETURNS PROCESS
If you are based in the UK you will receive a pre paid Royal Mail Tracked 48 Returns Label. If you do not receive the label or you dispose of it, to generate a new one please click HERE .
1)Package the parcel ready for return including your Returns Form
2)Attached the pre paid Royal Mail returns label to the parcel. Please ensure returns labels are not attached to original packaging such as the polybag or shoe box. This makes the item unsellable where we reserve the right to refuse the item.
3)Take your parcel to your local Post Office and get a receipt to cover you in the unfortunate event of any loss in the return process. We cannot be held responsible in the event of loss if you cannot provide proof of postage. Do not put your parcel directly into a Post Box as it will not be returned.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS PROCESS
If you are an international customer then you will need to pay the return shipping cost, unless we (Avenue 85) have made an error or the product is confirmed as faulty. We cannot be held responsible for any loss in transit during the return journey. Therefore, we recommend you pay for a tracked service and keep the receipt. This will help you in the event of a claim with your chosen carrier. Please ensure returns labels are not attached to original packaging such as the polybag or shoe box. This makes them unsellable where we reserve the right to refuse the item.
