WORKING DAY DEFINITIONS

Royal Mail working day is classified as Monday - Saturday.

DPD working day is classified as Monday - Friday.

Bank Holidays are not considered to be a working day.

Saturday - Order by 10:30

DPD SHIP TO SHOP

This service offers you a more convenient and secure way to receive your order. Instead of delivering to your home, we send your parcel to a nearby, secure location you choose during checkout. You can then collect it at a time that suits you.

We partner with DPD offering thousands of local collection points nationwide, often in supermarkets, convenience stores, lockers, or Post Offices.

You will receive a specific "Ready for Collection" notification via email and/or SMS once your parcel has arrived and been processed at the Collection Point. This notification will be sent by DPD and you must bring it along with you to collect your order.

Your order is held securely for 7 days days until you are ready to collect. If the order is not collected within this timeframe, it will be returned to us by DPD.
