Shipping and Returns

Shipping within the UK

All UK orders will be delivered FREE of charge. Your order will be despatched within 1 working day, via Royal Mail 48 delivery service, and will take 3-5 working days to arrive from the date of despatch.


If you require a faster delivery service then please choose the DPD Next Working Day option during checkout. This service will be charged at a flat rate of £6.50 per order. You will receive a Tracking Number and you will need to sign for the parcel upon receipt. Please note that this is a next working day delivery service. If you place your order before 1pm, it will be despatched the same day and will arrive at your address the following working day. Please note that if you live in the Highlands or Islands,and you choose DPD Next Working Day, your parcel will be sent via DPD but it won't be sent on a next working day delivery service. It will be sent on a 2 working day delivery service.

International Shipping

International Postage will be calculated based on the weight of the parcel. When you go to checkout you will see the postage cost. Delivery to Europe will take 10-15 days.

Delivery to Rest Of The World customers will take 15-20 days.

Returns Policy

We offer a 30 day returns policy. If you would like to return an item for a refund you must return it with original tags, packaging and in a saleable condition. We cannot accept any returns of underwear due to hygiene reasons. Unfortunately we do not offer an exchange service. If you would like a different size/colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Free UK Returns Process

1) Package the parcel ready for return including your Returns Form

2) Attached the provided pre paid Royal Mail address label to the parcel. If you didn't receive a pre paid Royal Mail label or you have disposed of yours, please use this link to print a new one: http://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/1345.

3) Take your parcel to your local Post Office and get a proof of posting receipt to cover you in the unfortunate event of any loss in the return process. We cannot be held responsible in the even of loss if you cannot provide proof of postage. Do not put your parcel directly into a post box as the item will not be returned.

We aim to process all refunds within 2 working days of receipt.

International Returns Process

1) Package the parcel ready for return including your Returns Form

2) Write our address onto the parcel which is Avenue 85, The Factory Unit, 1 Woodside Street, New Mills, High Peak, SK22 3HF, United Kingdom.

3) Take your parcel to your local post office and get a proof of posting receipt to cover you in the unfortunate event of any loss in the return process. We cannot be held responsible in the even of loss if you cannot provide proof of postage. Do not put your parcel directly into a post box as the item will not be returned.
