Whatever's easier for you! We take all major cards or you can pay by PayPal. We also accept Klarna and ClearPay if you want to Buy Now Pay Later. Take your pick!

Everything we have available is on our website. If you cannot find it, then unfortunately, this will mean we do not have it.

No problem! If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we can amend the details for you.  If your order has already been dispatched then we won’t be able to make any changes. However, you can return the unused item to us for a refund when you receive it by generating a returns label (or QR Code).

When your order has been processed, we’ll send you an email to let you know. Some email accounts will ‘Junk’ any emails that are sent from addresses that are not recognised, so make sure you add info@avenue85.co.uk to your address book so that we can get in touch with you about your order!

If your order is placed before 3.30pm Mon-Fri or Saturday before 10.30am it will be despatched the same day. Orders going to the UK by Standard Delivery will take 2-3 Working Days, by Express Delivery will take 1-2 Working Days. Next Working Day Delivery is delivered on the next working day.

Orders going to Europe will take 10-15 days. Orders going to the rest of the world will take 15-20 days. Please note that these delivery times are approximations. 

We hope you love your new items! However, if it turns out that they're not suitable for whatever reason, you can return them to us within 60 days for a refund.

We offer a 60 day returns policy. If you would like to return an item for a refund you must return it with original tags, packaging and in a saleable condition.

If you are based in the UK you will be able to generate a pre-paid returns label, or QR code. If you are an international customer you will need to pay for the return shipping.

All refunds are issued within 2 working days of receiving your return.

We are pleased to announce we now offer exchanges! Firstly, the whole process is free. We will cover the cost of the return postage and the postage cost of the new size being sent.

The exchange must be for the same item in a different size or colour and of the same value. Exchanges are subject to availability at the point we receive your return. You shall receive an email to notify you once your exchange has been processed. If we do not have the item you would like, we shall issue a refund.

We cannot accept any returns of underwear due to hygiene reasons.

Any original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty or the wrong item has been received.
