Can I place an order over the phone?

At the moment, we’re unable to take orders over the phone. All orders must be placed through our website at avenue85.co.uk, where you’ll find our full range of products.

Can I place an order and collect it in person?

Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service for our local customers. Simply select the Click & Collect option at checkout and your
order will be prepared for collection from our warehouse.

You can collect your order from:

Avenue 85, The Factory Unit, 1 Woodside Street, New Mills, SK22 3HF

We’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection.

What are your delivery options?

We offer a range of UK and international delivery services, including standard and express delivery options.
Customers can also benefit from free standard delivery on orders over £65.

Do you accept Blue Light Discount?

Unfortunately we are not yet accepting blue light discount, but this is something we would love to introduce in the future.

You Haven’t Got The Size/Colour I want!

Everything we have available is on our website. If you cannot find it, then unfortunately, this will mean we do not have it. Please sign up for the back in stock notifications on the item page and if it comes back into stock you will be notified via email.

Can I amend my order?

If you’ve entered an incorrect delivery address, please call us straight away on 01663 746654 so we can try to correct this before your order is dispatched. Please note that once an order has been shipped to the address provided at checkout, we’re unable to retrieve the parcel, refund, or replace it if the address was entered incorrectly.

If you need to make any other changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@avenue85.co.uk. As we process orders quickly, we can’t always guarantee that changes can be made, but we’ll always do our best to help where possible.

How Will I Know When My Order Has Been Processed?

When your order has been processed, we’ll send you an email to let you know. Some email accounts will ‘Junk’ any emails that are sent from addresses that are not recognised, so make sure you add info@avenue85.co.uk to your address book so that we can get in touch with you about your order!

My order tracking states ‘Delivered’ but I cannot find my parcel, what should I do?

Your chosen courier will deliver your parcel to the provided address. If you’re not available, they may leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour.

If you’re unable to locate your order, please check the tracking link for further details this may include delivery notes or a photo
showing where your parcel has been left.

What do I do if I have received a faulty product?

We hope your item arrives in perfect condition but if you believe your product is faulty, please reach out to our friendly customer service team at info@avenue85.co.uk

Can I Return The Item(s) If They’re Unsuitable?

Returning an item is quick and easy with our online returns portal.

Free exchanges
You can exchange your item at no cost for a different size, colour, or even a completely different product. If the new item costs more, you can securely pay the difference within the portal.

Refunds
If you’d prefer a refund, a small fee will be deducted to cover return postage:

  • Royal Mail: £3.95
  • InPost: £4.95
  • DPD: £3.95

Gift voucher
Choose a gift voucher instead of a refund and receive an extra 10% bonus to spend on your next order.

What Is Your Returns Policy?

We offer a 60 day returns policy. If you would like to return an item for a refund you must return it with original tags, packaging and in a saleable condition.

If you are based in the UK you will be able to generate a pre-paid returns label, or QR code. If you are an international customer you will need to pay for the return shipping.

All refunds are issued within 2 working days of receiving your return.

We cannot accept any returns of underwear due to hygiene reasons.

Any original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty or the wrong item has been received.

Does my gift card have an expiry date?

No - our gift cards never expire. Keep it handy for whenever you find something you
love.



How long will I wait for my refund?

It can take a few days for your parcel to arrive back with us. You will receive an email to notify you once we have received your return and a further email once we have processed it. Your return shall be
processed within 5 working days of receipt.
