What happens if my size isn’t available in the sale item I'm after?

We list all our stock on our website, so if it’s saying it’s unavailable, unfortunately that does mean we don’t currently have any of that size. 

However, not to worry! You can sign up (via the product page) to be notified if that particular item comes back into stock. Alternatively, please feel free to get in touch with our lovely customer service team to have a chat about similar options that may suit instead.

Do you have skiing clothes for men, women, and kids? 

We sure do! Avenue 85 is all about kitting out the whole family for their outdoor adventures, so we have plenty of ski wear for everyone to pick from. 

 

Do you sell different footwear for skiing at Avenue 85?

Absolutely. We’ve got snow boots or waterproof walking boots for when you’re walking around, and we’ve also got soft slippers to enjoy at the end of a long day on your feet!

Yes, you’re welcome to return an item to us for a swap to a different size or a refund within 60 days of purchase. We just ask that it’s returned unworn, in its original packaging, and in a condition you would like to receive yourself!

How quickly will I get my item after buying it in the sale?

All of our product pages have an estimated dispatch time listed so you can see when it’s expected to leave our warehouse.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once it’s been picked and packed by our team, and then all that’s left to do is wait for the postie to drop it at your doorstep!

We use Royal Mail and DPD, and we have plenty of delivery options, including expedited and weekend deliveries, so you can pick something that works for you. Plus, we also offer free UK standard delivery on orders over £65.
