Do you offer free delivery during Black Friday?

Yes! Orders over £65 qualify for free UK delivery throughout our Black Friday sales (and the rest of the year).

We ship these orders using Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically takes 2-3 working days from when we dispatch your order.

How fast can I get my jacket if I order with Avenue 85 during Black Friday?

Our warehouse team works fast to get orders out the door! Every product page shows the expected dispatch time, so you'll know when your order is expected to ship out to you.

If you’ve qualified for our free delivery for orders over £65, these go via Royal Mail Tracked 48, usually arriving to you 2-3 working days after dispatch.

What happens if the size doesn't fit when my new jacket arrives?

No problem at all! We want you happy with what you've ordered.

Our standard returns window is 60 days. For the festive period, we've extended this - anything you order between 1st October 2025 and 24th December 2025 can be returned until 30th January 2026.

Returns and size swaps are straightforward: send it back unworn (with tags still attached, in the original packaging) within the timeframe for a refund or exchange.

If it shows unavailable on the website, then unfortunately, that does mean we've sold out of that size.

But don’t worry! Give us a shout via email or phone, and we'll happily suggest other men’s jackets that you might like instead.
