Yes! We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £65, including during Black Friday.

If your order qualifies for this, we'll send it via our Royal Mail Tracked 48 service, which usually means it arrives within 2–3 working days from dispatch. 

How quickly will I get my new jacket when I order with Avenue 85 during the Black Friday sales?

Our brilliant warehouse team love getting your orders out to you as quickly as possible! The expected dispatch timeframe is listed on each of our jacket product pages, so you'll know when to expect your order heading out to you.

If you qualify for our free delivery on orders over £65, your item will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually means it arrives within 2–3 working days from dispatch.

Can I return my jacket if the size isn't right?

Yes, of course! We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

We offer an easy 60-day return policy throughout the year, and we've extended our usual timeframe for the festive season. Any item ordered between 1st October 2025 and 24th December 2025 can be returned up until 30th January 2026.

If you'd like to return or swap your jacket for a different size, simply send it back to us within the return timeframe for a refund or exchange. We just ask that it's unworn, with the swing tags still attached, and in its original packaging.

What if the jacket I want is out of stock in my size?

All our stock is live on our site, so if it's showing as unavailable then unfortunately, it's all sold out.
