Can I return a sale item if it doesn’t fit?
Yes, you’re welcome to return an item to us for a swap to a different size or a refund within 60 days of purchase. We do ask that it’s returned unworn, in its original packaging, and in a condition you would like to receive yourself.

How quickly will I get my item after buying it in the sale?
All of our product pages have an estimated dispatch time listed so you can see when it’s expected to leave our warehouse. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once it’s been picked and packed by our team, and then all that’s left to do is wait for the postie to drop it at your doorstep!
We use Royal Mail and DPD for our deliveries, and we have plenty of options, including expedited and weekend deliveries, so you can pick something that works for you. Plus, we also offer free UK standard delivery on orders over £65.
What happens if my size isn’t available in the item I want in the sale?
We list all our stock on our website, so if a size is showing as unavailable, unfortunately that does mean we don't currently have any of that size.
